退換貨政策

退換貨方式

1.退貨須知

退貨商品須為未經使用,且無非人為瑕疵所造成的污損、故障,並非商品的試用期;如本商店有提示您者,請保留完整的原始包裝(含外包裝紙盒),否則恕不接受退貨。

以下情況無法接受退貨:

1.商品已拆封使用,或因人為因素而產生的破壞,如:污損、故障、損毀、磨損、擦傷、刮傷、髒污。

2.退貨商品包裝破損不完整,或發票、配件不齊者。

3.惡意或大量退貨。

4.因物流原因包裝盒輕微有摺痕實屬正常,如非影響到商品不予退換貨。


2.退貨流程

聯絡客服95947858(whatsapp)/Email:panjii.hk@gmail.com → 確認可退貨 → 準備完整商品及發票 → 提供收件時間及聯絡資訊、地址 → 將商品經SF到付工作室地址。


3.退款說明

確認退貨成功後,會直接把款項退回客人提供的戶口中。


4.換貨須知

a.換貨商品須為未經使用,且無非人為瑕疵所造成的污損、故障;如本商店有提示您者,請保留完整的原始包裝(含外包裝紙盒),否則恕不接受換貨。

b.因物流原因包裝盒輕微有摺痕實屬正常,如非影響到商品不予退換貨。


5.換貨流程

您與本商店共同同意以換貨處理時,請您於原訂單進行退貨處理,並於商店重新下單;本公司將僅會針對差額向您寄發發票並收取或者退回該等費用;如無差額者則將無需另行處理。

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Guidelines

Returned items must be unused and free from any non-manufacturing damage such as stains or defects caused by improper handling. Returns are not considered a trial period. If instructed by our store, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

The following situations are not eligible for return:

The product has been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors, including but not limited to stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, abrasions, scratches, or dirt.

The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.

Malicious or excessive returns.

Minor creases on the outer packaging caused by logistics are considered normal and will not qualify for return or exchange unless they affect the product itself.

Prepare the complete product and invoice →

Provide pickup time, contact information, and address →

Ship the product via SF Express with shipping charges paid upon delivery to our studio address.

3. Refund Instructions

Once the return is confirmed and approved, the refund will be returned directly to the account provided by the customer.

4. Exchange Guidelines

a. Exchange items must be unused and free from any non-manufacturing damage such as stains or defects. If instructed by our store, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box). Otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.

b. Minor creases on the outer packaging caused by logistics are considered normal and will not qualify for return or exchange unless they affect the product itself.

5. Exchange Procedure

If both you and our store agree to proceed with an exchange, please first process a return under the original order and then place a new order in our store. We will issue an invoice for any price difference and either collect or refund the relevant amount accordingly. If there is no price difference, no further action will be required.
