條款與細則
第1條（會員）
1.“會員”是指根據公司規定的程序同意本協議後申請會員資格的個人。
2.“會員信息”是指會員向公司披露的與會員屬性和會員交易歷史有關的信息。
3.本協議適用於所有成員，在註冊過程中和註冊後均必須遵守。
第2條（註冊）1. 會員資格同意這些條款併申請了會員資格的客戶將在完成規定的註冊程序後有資格成為會員。 會員註冊程序必須由會員本人執行。 完全不允許通過代理註冊。 此外，我們可能會拒絕那些過去曾被撤銷會員資格或我們認為不合適的會員申請。 2. 輸入會員信息註冊會員時，請仔細閱讀輸入註意事項，並在指定的輸入表格中正確輸入必要的信息。 註冊會員信息時，不能使用特殊符號，羅馬數字等。 如果註冊了這些字符，我們將對其進行更改。 3. 密碼管理（1）密碼只能由會員本人使用，不能轉讓或借給第三方。 （2）會員本人負責管理密碼，例如定期更改密碼，以使他人不知道該密碼。 （3）使用密碼向公司表示的意圖是會員本人的意圖，由此產生的所有付款等均由會員負責。
第3條（變更）1. 如果告知本公司的事宜，有任何變化（例如姓名和地址），會員應立即與公司聯繫。 2. 對於因未註冊更改而造成的任何損失，本公司概不負責。 另外，請注意，即使進行了變更註冊，也會根據變更註冊之前的信息執行在變更註冊之前已經處理過的交易。
第4條（會員資格的喪失和賠償責任）1. 如果會員在申請會員時作出虛假聲明，未能通過郵購支付付款義務，或者由於其他原因公司認為不適合作為會員，則該公司將成為會員，可以被取消。 2.會員執行以下任何一項指定的行為時，他/她將對公司遭受的任何損失負責。 （1）未經授權使用會員號碼和密碼（2）通過訪問本網站並篡改信息或向該網站發送有害的計算機程序來干擾我們的業務（3）侵犯公司所處理產品的知識產權的行為（4）違反本使用條款的行為

第7條（中斷/中止服務等）1. 為了保持本服務的良好運行狀態，如果以下任何一項適用，我們可能會中止本服務的全部或部分提供，恕不另行通知。（1）對系統進行定期維護和緊急維護時必要的（2）當負載集中在系統上時（3）當由於火災，停電，第三方破壞等原因導致系統運行困難時。（4）另外，當我們確定不可避免地要停止系統時
第8條（變更/取消服務）公司有權自行決定更改或取消全部或部分服務，恕不另行通知。
第9條（免責聲明）1. 對於由於通訊線路或計算機故障而導致的系統中斷，延遲，取消，數據丟失，未經授權訪問數據或對會員的服務造成的其他損害，本公司概不負責。 2. 我們不保證從我們的網頁，服務器，域等發送的郵件內容不包含諸如計算機病毒之類的有害內容。 3. 對於因會員違反本協議而造成的任何損失，公司概不負責。
第10條（本協議的修訂）公司可以隨意修改本協議，並且公司可以建立補充本協議的協議（以下稱為“補充協議”）。 本協議的修訂或補充應在經修訂的協議或補充協議在公司指定的網站上發布後生效。 在這種情況下，會員應遵守修訂後的規則和補充規則。
Article 1 (Membership)
“Member” refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to this Agreement in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.
“Member Information” refers to information disclosed by the Member to the Company regarding the Member’s attributes and transaction history.
This Agreement applies to all Members and must be complied with during and after the registration process.
Article 2 (Registration)
Customers who agree to these Terms and apply for membership shall be eligible to become Members upon completion of the prescribed registration procedures. Membership registration must be completed by the applicant personally. Registration by proxy is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to reject any application from individuals whose membership has previously been revoked or whom the Company deems unsuitable.
When registering Member Information, please carefully read the instructions and accurately enter the required information in the designated form. Special symbols, Roman numerals, and similar characters may not be used. If such characters are registered, the Company reserves the right to modify them.
Password Management
(1) Passwords may only be used by the Member and may not be transferred, lent, or shared with any third party.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including regularly changing them to prevent unauthorized access.
(3) Any expression of intent made to the Company through the use of a password shall be deemed the Member’s own intent, and all resulting payments and liabilities shall be borne by the Member.
Article 3 (Changes to Registered Information)
If there are any changes to the information provided to the Company (such as name or address), the Member shall promptly notify the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Member’s failure to register such changes. Please note that transactions processed prior to the registration of changes will be handled based on the information provided before the changes were registered.
Article 4 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)
The Company may revoke membership if a Member has made false statements during the application process, failed to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable as a Member by the Company.
Members shall be liable for any damages incurred by the Company if they engage in any of the following acts:
(1) Unauthorized use of membership numbers or passwords
(2) Interfering with the Company’s operations by accessing and tampering with information on this website or transmitting harmful computer programs
(3) Infringing the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company
(4) Violating these Terms of Use
Article 5 (Handling of Member Information)
As a general rule, the Company will not disclose Member Information to third parties without prior consent. However, the Company may disclose Member Information and other customer information without prior consent in the following cases:
(1) When disclosure is required by laws or regulations
(2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect its rights, reputation, or interests
Member Information will be managed in accordance with the Company’s “Personal Information Protection” policy. The Company may use Member Information to provide services to Members, improve service content, promote service usage, and ensure proper and smooth operation of services.
The Company may provide Members with information (including advertisements) via email or other communication methods. If a Member does not wish to receive such information, they may notify the Company in accordance with the prescribed method, and the Company will cease providing such information. However, information necessary for the provision of services cannot be stopped at the Member’s request.
Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)
When using this service, Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts:
Violating laws and regulations, this Agreement, notes regarding use of the service, notes regarding shopping through the service, or any other related agreements
Infringing upon the rights or reputation of the Company or any third party
Actions that may adversely affect the physical or mental well-being of minors, or otherwise violate public order and morals
Causing nuisance or discomfort to other users or third parties
Entering false information
Sending or posting harmful computer programs or emails
Unauthorized access to the Company’s servers or other computer systems
Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties
Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 7 (Suspension or Interruption of Services)
In order to maintain proper operation of the service, the Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the service without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:
(1) When necessary for regular or emergency system maintenance
(2) When the system is overloaded
(3) When operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, third-party interference, or other force majeure events
(4) When the Company otherwise determines that suspension is unavoidable
Article 8 (Modification or Termination of Services)
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate all or part of the services at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by Members due to system interruptions, delays, cancellations, data loss, unauthorized access to data, or other damages caused by communication line or computer failures.
The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from its website, servers, or domains are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a Member’s violation of this Agreement.
Article 10 (Amendment of this Agreement)
The Company may revise this Agreement at its discretion and may establish supplementary agreements (hereinafter referred to as “Supplementary Agreements”). Any revisions or supplements shall take effect once published on the Company’s designated website. Members shall comply with the revised Agreement and any Supplementary Agreements thereafter.
